Eligibility and the review process

    A guided five-step application about your practice, credentials and goals. About 10 minutes.

    Professional review

    Every application is reviewed individually by NPHLA staff. We may ask a follow-up question.

    Welcome & Member ID

    Approved members receive a member account, a public Member ID and the NPHLA Member mark.
